Many of my clients have been asking about healthy recipes they can prepare for Thanksgiving.  Below are a selection of tasty and healthy recipes culled from the blogosphere.  If you’re worried about eating too many unhealthy foods this holiday season, why not bring a dish you know will be nourishing?

    Will definitely have to skim through some of these recipes at some point– too busy cleaning the house, ironing tablecloths and doing as much precooking as possible!!

    Thanks for the link Hadley, glad to hear it qualifies as healthy. My sister (who’s coming to dinner) is a nutritionist and I was a little concerned about that:-)
