You guys, I’m in love.
All summer long, I’ve been craving ice cream and now I can (easily!) make a 100% healthy version anytime I want.
Behold: Gena’s Banana Soft Serve, which has been taking the blogosphere by storm in recent weeks. I finally got a chance to try it and was blown away: it was super creamy and delicious. I made it for a friend and we enjoyed it with Cacao Bliss — delish.
It’s very easy: you just take 2 frozen bananas (about 2 servings worth), put it in a food processor, hit puree and walk away for five minutes. (Okay, maybe you need to stay nearby to occasionally scrape down the sides). But keep it going for five minutes — the result will be a ridiculously creamy, super airy ice cream. Totally guilt-free.
