As we begin the new school year, I always like to pause and take inventory of how my health is doing. This is a great time to re-up my commitment to living a healthy lifestyle and get in physical and mental shape for the fall and winter.
Over the next two weeks, as I take a look at where I am and where I want to go, I offer to you 14 days of tips and strategies to be healthy. Check back every day between September 1- 14 for a new recommendation. You can either try some of them or, if you’re really serious, add in each tip to your life as you go.
