Day 14: Have Fun!


This is part of a series of blog posts called “14 Days to a Healthier You”

I very much believe that a crucial part of a healthy diet is to have fun.  Yes, you should strive to eat healthfully and live a balanced life.  But — that’s not the end all be all. Remember to have fun once in a while: whatever that means for you.

For example, once a week, splurge on a food you really love.  Schedules monthly massages. DANCE! Really, whatever it means for you.

Because if you don’t have fun, you’ll get bored — and that’s definitely not part of a healthy lifestyle.
