Okay, so it’s been a while. Life got in the way of blogging. More specifically, the Spark! + Choosing Raw cleanse took up a lot of my time — I had 20 amazing women in my Level 1 group. We’re finally done with our cleanse and all feeling great! The best part was hearing all of their stories, successes, and challenges on the online forum. (I wrote a short post here about a powerful theme that came up towards the end: loving your body as it is).
I also made good on my new year’s resolution and got back to the gym! I definitely let that slide over the fall so was excited to get back into a routine. I finally figured out that I really didn’t like my gym very much–it wasn’t a place I wanted to spend time–so I decided to join a new gym. It’s definitely an upgrade, both in terms of the facilities and how much I’m paying, but I’ve been going 4 mornings a week — so totally worth it as far as I’m concerned.
